No students will provoke violence or allow themselves to be provoked to violence.

Any student who intentionally injures or intentionally tries to injure another student will face immediate expulsion from the Club. There will be no appeal.

A Martial Arts student will behave as a gentleman or lady at all times, both inside and outside the Club.

Higher ranked belt students will aid lower ranks at all times and lower belts will follow instructions of the higher rank. Higher ranks will not abuse this right: do not teach what you are not sure of, or have not been taught yourself.

Do not criticize other Martial Arts, Martial Artists or Martial Arts Clubs.

Each student will bow upon entering and leaving all training areas, and to all instructors as appropriate.

Sparring requires both the express permission of the Head Instructor and supervision by a Black Sash.

No profanity or loud talking is permitted. The Club is a place of serious study.

Anyone coming late to classes must do automatic pushups. Anyone more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to attend class except by permission of the Head Instructor.

Personal cleanliness is essential, nails must be clipped, feet and hands must be clean and hair must not interfere with your training. Be very careful to avoid extreme body odour. Do not use perfume and/or cologne.

All jewelry and articles that may injure someone, (such as rings, necklaces, watches etc.) must be removed before entering the training areas. These items may be left at the Front Desk. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

All students must wear a proper Club uniform that is kept clean, with no tears, rips or discoloration.

No student shall be allowed on the floor if their fees are overdue.

Under no circumstances will any member teach our Martial Arts programs to a non member.

Students will obey their Instructors at all times in the Club.

No loitering in the reception area.

Proper RESPECT, DISCIPLINE and HONOUR are expected at all times.

At the discretion of the Si Fu (and other Club Instructors), any member of the Club may be suspended from the Club, either temporarily or indefinitely, for not complying with the above rules.
